Aims

This course will provide learners with a full understanding of PPE requirements for the decontamination wash area and the importance of PPE for staff working in this area.

Objectives

On completion of this module learners will:

  • Understand the importance of wash area PPE.
  • Understand the different elements of PPE required to work in the wash area.
  • Know how to correctly put on the required PPE.
  • Know how to correctly remove PPE.
