This information is used by Hospital for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Hospital website.

Internet Protocol Address (IP Address) are numerical labels assigned to every device that uses an internet protocol for communication.
The information obtained does not identify you as an individual, only the device you are using.
Use of your Personal Information
Hospital collects and uses your personal information to operate the Hospital website and deliver the services you have requested. Hospital also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Hospital and its affiliates. Hospital may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services, marketing research or of potential new services that may be offered.

Lawfully, all customers have a right to access information held for them by Agilio Hospital iLearn, and to retrieve a copy.
A written request for information held by Agilio Hospital iLearn is required from customers should they want to obtain access.
Copies of information held by Hospital will be provided to the customer within 1 month, free of charge.
Agilio Hospital iLearn withholds the right to charge customers for repeatedly requesting their information held, and may also charge customers a fee when requests are unfounded or excessive. This fee will be determined based on the administrative cost of providing the information.

Hospital secures your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
Hospital secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
