Aims

This courses provides an overview and outline the benefits of a QMS, an understanding of how this contributes to patient safety and the importance of a QMS in your role.

Objectives

After completion of this module learners will:

  • Be able to demonstrate an understanding of Crown Immunity.

  • Understand how a QMS is monitored.
  • Be able to name a number of controlled documents.
  • Understand the importance of complying with SOPs.
