Aims
This course aims to support management personnel to develop appropriate disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Objectives
On completion of this module learners will be able to:
- Recognise the importance of maintaining a fair and equitable workplace environment.
- Identify how policies, contracts, and job descriptions set performance standards.
- Explore responses when a team member raises a grievance.
- Define the importance of SMART objectives for agreeing on performance improvement measures.
