Aims

This course aims to support management personnel to develop appropriate disciplinary and grievance procedures.

Objectives

  • Identify how policies, contracts, and job descriptions set performance standards.
  • Explore responses when a team member raises a grievance.
  • Define the importance of SMART objectives for agreeing on performance improvement measures.
